Dr Kuhne has practiced companion animal medicine in the Bay Area since 1989. She is known for her interest in diagnostic medicine and her detailed approach to every problem, whether large or small. Her veterinary training was done at UC Davis where she did extra work in the areas of ophthalmology, surgery, foal care, and exotic animal medicine. She is a member of many professional organizations (such as AVMA, CVMA, AAHA, House Rabbit Society, and many more.) She loves learning and attends an impressive number of continuing education conferences and symposia every year. Her family includes many pets (3 cats, 2 dogs, a 3 toed box turtle, and a horse) and she is pictured here with her cat “zucchini”.
