Amy Young

Amy has been a part of the Adobe Pet Hospital family since 2002. She began her career in 1999 while living in San Diego County by assisting veterinarians and treating pets at humane societies. As a veterinary assistant, she spends her days assisting the doctors in surgery, treating sick pets, and greeting and checking in patients. Growing up in Livermore, she enjoyed raising pigs though FFA, barrel racing with her horse, and caring for a variety of pets including dogs, cats, chickens, and rabbits.
When she is not caring for pets at Adobe, Amy enjoys spending time with her family. Currently, Amy is teaching 2-year-old Jack to ride their horse, Lefty, and keeping him a safe distance away from kitty, Isabella. Whether it’s a day at Golden Gate Park, a Disneyland adventure, or a weekend in Mexico, Amy, Chris and Baby Jack are always on the go!
